Back in Motion’s mission is to help people improve their health, enhance their opportunities and live better lives. Through the provision of specialized employment and health services, we are dedicated to assisting people overcome barriers and reach their full employment potential.

Back in Motion’s Employment Services addresses both sides of employment-related challenges: the client searching for meaningful and sustainable employment; and the labour shortage experienced by BC employers. We currently offer Employment Services to clients and employers in 15 communities in the Lower Mainland and Sea to Sky Corridor. We have exceptional staff who have extensive experience supporting specialized populations to achieve employment. Our team is ethnically diverse and includes professionals from the following language groups: Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Arabic, Cantonese, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, Farsi, and others.
